WELCOMING AND PREPARING YOUR CARDS

This deck of cards has found its way into your life because you are ready to feel, hear and see the messages they have for you. Welcome your deck by holding it in your hands. Then place the cards at your heart and feel creative, intuitive energy flow from the cards into your heart, illuminating your own creative, intuitive energy within. Prepare your cards by familiarising yourself with them. Look at each card one by one, absorb the beautiful images and sense their energy as creative wonderment stirring within you.

INTENTION

Before each reading, establish your intention by using an invocation or meditation. This invites the presence of your Angels, Guides or light beings and connects you to the wisdom of your heart.

Sit quietly with your cards in your hands and close your eyes. Breathe gently and imagine the diamond light of the Universe flowing into the room, swirling all around you. Breathe in the light knowing it is filled with unconditional love and healing. This light illuminates a small golden light in your heart centre, your light of awareness, a guiding presence full of warmth and joy. As you rest in the love and wisdom of your sacred light, gently open your eyes. You are now ready to start your reading.

YOUR QUESTION

For best results, do not phase the question so it requires a yes or no answer. For example “Will I get this job?” Or “Will my boyfriend and I get married?” Ask yourself what it is you really want to know and change the question slightly. For example “What are the positive and negative aspects to me taking this job?” or “What will be the long term effects of the relationship with my boyfriend, John?” (Be specific and use his or her name). By changing the wording you open up to all possibilities – you open up your creativity by giving yourself choices. If you don’t have a question, you can leave the message up to the Universe, knowing the information will always be for your highest growth with love.

When you are doing a reading for another person, the information that comes through is just as important for you. It will reflect an aspect of your life. It may be different to the query of the other person, but just as pertinent.
